Marcus Sorenson is a candidate running for CCISD School Board. He hired me to shoot portraits of him to use for his campaign materials recently. We chose the school administration building as a backdrop and did it in the evening when the front of the building was in the shade. It was all shot with available light.
I normally shoot portraits on the beach but decided to try out the garden area of my studio for this client, who wanted something new for her FaceBook profile.
Corpus Christi's July 4 celebration has to be one of the best in the nation with fireworks exploding over the bay and the Harbor Bridge performing a state-of-the-art computer-generated red-white-and-blue light show.
